Yogurt Hydrolysate SF contains essential yogurt proteins in a hydrolyzed form. Hydrolyzing the proteins is un­derstood to enhance both the functional and nutritional properties of the proteins. The molecular weights of these proteins range between 2,000 and 4,000 daltons. In a 30 day in vivo study, 5% FSS Yogurt Hydrolysate was shown to increase hydration by 12% compared to the control. In addition to using this product in skin and hair care applications fornutritive benefits, FSS Yogurt Hydrolysate SF can be used as a conditioner to counteract the dry­ing effects that some formulations such as anti-bacterial products and body washes have on our skin.
